Cleanliness not reached the expectations If management focused on Maintenance and cleanliness..this facility will be a number one in this location…we like everything apart from that..

Our overall experience was extremely disappointing. We had originally booked for two nights but decided to shorten our stay to one night due to the unacceptable conditions.The rooms were dusty, and the staff did not appear to have proper procedures or training to address cleanliness concerns. The food quality was very poor. The bathroom conditions were alarming, with frogs and large snails present. The room walls had peeling paint, spider webs were visible throughout the room, and the curtains were heavily dust-laden.To make matters worse, the bathroom amenities provided appeared to be partially used by previous guests, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and safety perspective.Overall, the property fell far below basic hospitality and cleanliness standards, and the experience was a major disappointment.

Beautiful location, and I loved the premises, the landscape and the thoughtful and appealing amenities around the entire resort. The food was very good, both in terms of variety and taste. Very courteous staff.

The location is a bit far off. The bathroom doors were hard to close (may be due to the weather). If the pool water could be made warmer, it would have been great.

The location was in the middle of nature and lot of tea plantation and in the middle of Peermade valley and hills. The hotel is well maintained very good food and very cordial support staff.

Nothing ( bumpy back roads to location)

The food was excellent and the chef was very kind to make food according to our needs. The whole environment is amazing and serene. Even though the rooms are touching each other, they have the feel of cottages.

Property was good. Nice views. Well mannered staffs. Swimming pool was clean.

Furniture is outdated and not clean, especially the sofa in the swimming pool villa. Need to add in new towels and linens.

The landscape was amazing and well maintained. At the time of booking All the facilities were included and we looked forward to a pool villa.

Lack of cleanliness, poor upkeep of furniture and interiors, exorbitant rates. Totally not worth paying for the facilities shown on booking.com.

Very nice location and good ambiance and fully satisfied. We had our Naval classmates GTG ,all India level. Very good place and climate.

The staff was nice. So was the food.

There was no air-conditioning in the room. There were 2 fans and they were creaky and I couldn't sleep because it was hot and humid without the fan and it was loud and noisy with the fan( sound). We had a non smoking room yet we could feel cigarette smoke inside our room which was a bit of a turn off when you go to nature expecting fresh air. Also we were expecting some tea factory visit or some similar activities since the property sits amidst tea plantations...but there were none ( or we weren't informed when we arrived). The food was good. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. But the price they charge for this facility is not worth it.

Restaurants I like it

I search property in Vagamon, found this one and booked. But Vagamon 1 hours far from this property. This property location should change to Peerumade ! It’s makes us disappointed!

Everything .. awesome place. Big thank you to Allan and nimmy I believe her name was. Made our stay comfortable. Excellent restaurant staff as well. High tea was amazing.. Coffee tea snacks games to play. The walk around the resort is very nice. Recommended for family and couples. Will definitely revisit

The complete look and feel of the Resort was exceptional. Everything seemed to be handpicked for its location. Be it Flora Funa. Room decor, Restaurant setting/location. Cleanliness exceptional.

I cannot pick anything that I didn't like.

Lovely high quality hotel set in the countryside admid beautiful T gardens. We arrived after dark and were made to feel very welcome. Dinner and Breakfast were very nice with lots of choice. We were unusual in that we arrived by bike - we were allowed to keep the bikes on our room balcony which let us sleep soundly
